Conditions of rent Standart conditions of rent The renter and the driver have to be in possession of a valid driving licence. Either an international driver's licence or a licence issued in Roman lettering must be presented. Age Restrictions Minimum age in Moldova is 21 and the driver has to be in possession of a valid driving licence for at least 2 years. Conditions of Payment We accept all credit cards from internationally recognised credit card companies - such Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa. American Express Credit Cards are not accepted.We do not accept any prepaid cards or debit cards (Visa Electron). Two credit cards are necessary to hire the following car groups: SFAR. General Insurance Conditions CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) - insurance in case of damage. Personal responsibility in case of damage EUR 500 for groups ECMN, EDMN, ECMR, EDAR, CDMR; EUR 700 IDMR, IDAR; EUR 900 SFAR. TP (Theft Protection) - insurance in case of theft. Personal responsibility in case of theft EUR 500 for groups ECMN, EDMN, ECMR, EDAR, CDMR; EUR 700 IDMR, IDAR; EUR 900 SFAR. Third Party Insurance: Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a maximum cover of EUR 31,000.- for material damages. Maximum cover for personal injuries is EUR 28,700.- per injured person per insured event but not more than EUR 43,750.- for all injured persons. PAI (Personal Accident Insurance) By taking out personal accident insurance coverage can also be extended to cover the consequences of an accident. Delivery & Collection Within city limits of Kishinev a Delivery/Collection Service charge of EUR 10.- applies. Out of opening hours within city limits - EUR 30. For One-Way-Rentals within Sixt locations in Moldova a charge of EUR 100.- applies. Premium Location Fee A Premium Location Fee of EUR 25.- occurs for rentals at airport. Extras International One-Way Rentals are not allowed. Child Sea - EUR 5 per day, max per rental EUR 40. Additional driver - EUR 15 per renatl. Chauffeur service is available in Moldova. Refuelling Charge All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be refilled prior to return to Sixt, otherwise a charge of EUR 1.00 per litre of petrol or EUR 1.00 per litre of diesel will apply. Minimal renatl period is 24 hours. VAT All rates are inclusive of VAT (if VAT incurs).
